Antoinette is professor for HRM at the University of St. Gallen. She is a leader with a great research and teaching team dedicated to the overall question of how we can make workplaces better, thriving enabling environments. She is the outgoing president of a network of trust researchers (FINT) and engaged in the board of the Swiss Academy of Social Sciences and Humanities because she truly believes that real-world problems need to be engaged with in an trans-disciplinary dialogue.
Otti has over 20 years of experience in implementing strategic business change in multi-cultural businesses and in crafting human-centric learning organisations. He is passionate about personal and organisational transformation.
As Chief Operating Officer of ING’s Challenger and Growth division, he was until recently accountable for ING’s global digital transformation programme and continuous optimisation of operational service performance. He is a certified leadership coach, international speaker on business transformation.
