Vandaag het gesprek met Sebastian Klein.
Sebastian has a background in psychology, and his biggest challenge has always been how to build people-centered organizations. He founded 10 companies so far, some of them didn’t survive, but each one taught him something valuable.
Since he also has a passion for writing (and creating useful content in general), he considers himself a media entrepreneur. One of the companies he founded is Blinkist, a book-summary service, and currently he’s building NN Publishing with his co-founders, which is a small publishing company that publishes a print magazine and audio-trainings.
He also authored a book, called The Loop Approach, which is about a framework that helps companies become more agile, more people-centered and purpose-driven#
This was a great conversation where I learned a lot about shared and steward ownership of your company. A topic that I am interested in because of the positive effects for the employees and the founders. It is not yet an easy process to change the ownership of a company in this way but it is worth it learning from entrepreneurs like Sebastian. He was very open about the things he learned from previous companies and what he changed when starting a new company.
