Vandaag het gesprek met Nathalie Nahai.
Nathalie is an international speaker and author of the best-selling book, Webs of Influence: The Psychology of Online Persuasion, which has been translated into seven languages.
Her work explores the intersection between persuasive technology, ethics and the psychology of online behaviour.
Nathalie speaks internationally on the psychological dynamics behind consumer behaviour, teaching people how to ethically apply behavioural science principles to enhance their website, content marketing, product design and customer experience.
She is also the host of The Hive Podcast and Seeking The Self.
It has been two and a half years ago since our conversation for the podcast on the psychology of online persuasion. I have been following her conversations in the Hive podcast about the environment and ecology.
A couple of weeks ago I send Nathalie a long email rambling about my thoughts and worries, looking for some advice. Then I thought it would be great to talk with you about this in de podcast and dig into business and the effect on our environment. We also talk about art, community, cities, and connection. It felt like going all over the place and in the end, it was all connected.
Enjoy the insights with Nathalie.
